James Wolf Strehle posted on 3Dtotal his making of 'Twisted Room' done purely in Photoshop. In this article James would explain his work on this image from sketch to the final image. How he said, he begun with a very simple sketch of the idea which was made from two words twisted and room. He used the sketch lines like guidelines for his next steps in Photoshop where he defined the atmosphere in the room by changing the value of contrast in different places. He also focused on two major parts in the image; the character and the window.
